Rattan machine Tools (Regd.) manufactures range of power presses in the capacity of 10 ton to 600 ton in steel fabricated frame in different designs and standard as we11 as special executions as required by the customer. DOUBLE ELEPHANT offers high Speed presses, Geared type, ungeared type, Adjustable and fixed stroke type, Double piston (H Type), Inclinable and Non Inclinable type, Mechanical and Pneumatic presses with die cushion. The press body is made out of high quality tested steel plates . The crank shaft is made from EN-8 forged material capable of with - standing high effective load. It runs in phosphorous Bronze Bushes. The slide is of rugged construction and runs in grinded guides with strip made of fibre. The fly wheel is made of high grade cast iron and brake is powerful, compensated by spring and works at top dead center. The Gear is steel fabricated with teeth cutting on vertical hobing machine for smooth operation. Stroke is adjustable by means of a worm . The up and down movement of the slide is adjusted by electric motor for accurate movement. Clutch is designed to operate under the heaviest operating conditions and the clutch gives continuous stroke for mass production. Laser controlled safety system is provided for safe operations. An efficient Centralized Lubrication system has been provided to Lubricate the sliding surfaces and moving parts, various models from capacity of 5 ton to 600 ton with Bed sizes from 300 x355 mm to 1500 x 2500 mm , stroke/min from 30 to 80 with adjustability o f stroke from 10 mm to 250 mm . Press main applications are in cutting, drawing , forming, Trimming and bending to manufacture sheet metal components.
