Lall Products is a well known name in the manufacturing of Automatic Lathe machines in various models. This company is stood over the countless efforts made by Late S. Sarwan Singh. In the very beginning he started machining of complex parts from tough materials (around 30 years ago). In those days the machines available in the market were not so capable to make turned components from tough & hard materials. They faced many problems, such as vibrations, machinery parts breakage, inefficiency in heavy & deep drilling etc. But still he tried to fulfill the markets demand for turned components, but he faced problems like low productions & higher costing.

Then, he aimed to make a machine which should do all the functions precisely, easily & more economically from tough materials. So, he started development of Automatic Lathes in his own design. Firstly he developed normal single shaft machines and then improved the design with double shaft (bed type) machines. He got the proper desired result & satisfaction from the machines.

In the year 2000-01 he handed over the business to new generation - Parminder Singh & Sukhjinder Singh (the sons of S. Sarwan Singh).

In the year 2003 we decided to launch a new product i.e. Pillar Type Single Spindle Automatic Lathe to fulfill the demand of market. After that we launched the wide range of Automatic Lathes (from AL-15 up to AL-80) with dedicated attachments and accessories to provide variety to the customer according to the job’s requirement. Now we also manufacture S.P.M.s for the jobs which require special designing. Almost 85% of the turned components of the engineering industries can easily be produced on our Automats.

SPL Automats have proved economical for batch of mass production of any type of turned parts for automobiles, diesel engines, pumps, tractors, sewing machine, rifles & guns, air craft, ships, clocks, pressure cookers, gas stove valves & other parts used in large number by so many industries.

The availability of four cross tools and various attachments for long turning, step turning, double turning, heavy & deep drilling, double drilling, high speed drilling & a large range of tool holders make difficult and complicated jobs easy and economical for production. The availability of adjustment on each end & simple design of these automats greatly reduce the time to change over tooling setup while changing the job.
