COMPANY PROFILE

We started manufacturing Horizontal & Universal Milling Machines in the year 1965, under the brand name INTERNATIONAL. The machines were V-belt driven, but gradually we improved the design of the machines & switched over to Geared-Head Power-feed Machines. Currently we manufacture
Horizontal,Universal, Vertical & Turret-Ram Vertical Milling Machines according to BIS standards. Grade I castings are used in fabrication of the machines. All gears, shafts and screws are made out of alloy-steel. Milling Head Spindles and Quills are hardened and ground.

Shortly we are adding Bed-type Milling Machines to our present range. Specifications of Universal, Vertical & Turret-Ram Vertical Milling Machines , given in machine description.

Turret RAM Milling Machine - MT-1000R

SALIENT FEATURES : 

A versatile machine with head having many planes of articulation. The tool can work on any desired angle. Head can be locked rigid in any required position. A boon for Tool Rooms and Die Makers.

Grade 1 Casting are used in fabrication of the machine, Slides and other wear-prone parts are made out of castings containing, Chrome etc. to make these more durable. All the gears, shaft and screws used are made out of proper alloy-steel. Milling-head Spindle and quill are hardened and ground. Feed-box has oil-bath system for its gears. Knee-top of the machine is covered. Electrical used are of reputed makes with ISI mark. Machines are supplied in Duco-paint-finish.
