D.S.B. INDUSTRIES is well know in Auto machinery market of India, we are the maker of high tech. machines for good production, accuracy, quality and exporting through out world.

Vertical Fine Boring Machine is specialty designed for fine and accurate machining of cylinder bores. Manufacturer ensures years of trouble free operation as every phase of manufacturing is under strict quality control.

Base and column are of high grade casting. Boring head travels on the guide ways protected with bellows. Boring head is fitted with hardened alloy gears to give smooth feed and slide on column.

Controls are provided on suitable and comfortable position for easy operations. Machine is having six speed gear box, but if required Electric / Eddi-current motors and controls are provided to get stepless speeds.

Machine is fitted with auto return to its autostart position, after completing the boring operation. The delay time is provided to avoid any tool marks in the finish bore
