HE-TRACE Copying Lathes are more precisely developed to bridge the gap between Conventional Lathe Machines and CNC Turning Machines. Our Copying Lathes are designed keeping in mind the latest modular concept Head Stock, Bed and Tailstock can easily be removed from main Structure and the alignment is not disturbed while reassembling. Higher Spindle Speed (maximum up to 3000 RPM). Variable lengitludinal feed is hydraulically controlled with fast return. The machine is highly productive one built in finish cut system and optional provision for multipass cycle with automatic cycle. Protecting guard for slant bed and tailstock, stress relieved and heat treated slide ways are made from S. G. Iron grade 70/2 material which maintains basic accuracy of the machine up to 0.2 mm work piece to work piece.

HE-TRACES are ideal replacement for manually operated production on any lathe new or used. HE-TRACES can be operated by semi-skilled personnel. In section time is considerably reduced and production is increased by 300% or more within an accuracy of 0.025 mm on good Lathes. Robustly built with hardened slides, hardened tool post and individually tested rigorously to render trouble free longer service.
