BASANT POWER PRESS : We manufacture all type of power presses i.e. Pillar type (Marshal type), Inclinable type (American type ) and Heavy Duty Crank less Presses up to 1000 tons with Pneumatic Clutch and die Cushion . In our in inclinable models their inclining mechanism is very simple and be easily adjusted with a threaded screw Provided on the back of the Power Presses up to approximate 20 inclinable of the upright.
BASANT FORGING PRESS: Basant Forging Presses are an answer for the forging of Hexagonal, Square and round handed bolts as well as for nuts, Rivets, Motor parts, Cycle Parts and varieties of other parts . These presses are very simple in operation and their stoke can be achieved by depressing a lever provided on left hand column on the front of the press.
BASANT FRICTION SCREW PRESS: Our Friction Screw Presses are heavy duty of fabricated construction and are suitable for endless variety of Non-Ferrous Stampings, Forgings, Bending and Piercing operations depending on the Tooling employed on it . Even these can be utilized for Planishing of articles which have been 100 to 500 tones capacity. Their designs beauty is that they can give 112' stoke with the full press force. Moreover any type of ejector arrangement can be supplied along with the presses against specific requirements.
