Hi-tech international has designed and manufactured double head multi spindle boring SPM for making bores in differential housing. This machine is fully hydraulically pro­grammable. Machine has one heavy duty bed made out of graded cast iron. The job clamped in the stationary fixture. There are two head stocks fitted on heavy duty carriages which moves on both ends of the bed. Hard & ground guide ways on bed and centrally lubrication system to the main carriages is provided to ensure low friction, high wear resistance and longer life. Specially designed guide way protection covers are provided to keep the sliding surface free from chips and dust. Precisely hard & ground spindles in head stocks runs in precision taper roller bearings to get the good finish in bores.

The company manufactures their own power pack for hydraulic system. Valves and other accessory used in the hydraulic system is of YUKEN make. There is provision to set the head stocks individually as well as auto cycle with the help of push-buttons. Job clamped in the fixture and both head stocks equipped with boring bars approach rapidly up to the job, micro feed and spindles rotation starts at a time and make all the bores, chamfers and facings. Then both heads come back rapidly and stops the auto cycle. This machine is very useful for automobile industry and for various kind of products, in heavy, medium and light engineering industry.
