Niranjan Singh Kartar Singh (N.K.H.) was established in the year 1960 by late Mr. Kartar Singh (also called God Father of Forging Industry in India) in an industrial town, Ludhiana (Punjab). Commonly known as “Manchester of India”.

Founded on the Tradition and Philosophy of steadfast commitment to achieve 'Total Customer Satisfaction' through excellent quality, on time deliveries and competitive pricing, the Company has grown steadily in strength and stature to attain its present recognition of being the first manufacturers of Hammers in India in its product range and has created niche in the forging industry.

Business Profile & Milestones

·     Incorporated in 1947 and originally engaged in manufacturing and trading of Cycle Parts.

·     Diversified to manufacture of Friction Drop Hammers in 1960 under Forging Machinery Manufacturing Company and first one in India to manufacture Friction Drop Hammers.
First Rolling Mill was commenced in 1972.

·     The core activity then got shifted to manufacturing of hammers & other allied forging machinery under Forging  Machinery Manufacturing Company (FMMC) in 1981.

·     Installation of Arc Melting Furnaces for steel plant & induction furnace for special steel casting with capacity up to 15 tons single piece, Grey Iron casting up to 100 tons single piece casting in 1982.

·     Founded Jaissons Engineering Pvt. Ltd. which is a Castings & Forgings Division in 2000.
